Returns and Refunds

We want Salties to earn a spot in your routine. If it does not, contact us and we will make it right.

1. 60-Day Guarantee

Salties includes a 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee for purchases made directly through our website. Use the product around training. If it does not earn a spot in your routine, contact us within 60 days of delivery.

  • The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a product flavor or variety pack, unless we approve otherwise.
  • We may ask for your order number, email address, reason for return, and photos if there is a product or shipping issue.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with normal personal use.

2. How to Start a Return

Email hello@salties.com with your order number and a short note about what happened. If a physical return is needed, we will send instructions before you ship anything back.

  • Do not mail products back without return instructions.
  • Include the order number and email used at checkout.
  • If the item arrived damaged, include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

3. Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, we will submit it to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Discounts, gift cards, credits, and promotions may affect the final refund amount.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or with the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may replace, refund, or offer another resolution depending on the issue.

5. Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already processed. If a renewal processed by mistake, contact us immediately and we will review the order status.

6. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers must be handled through that retailer unless we state otherwise.
  • Gift cards, store credits, and certain promotional items may be final sale.
  • We may not accept returns of products that are heavily used, tampered with, altered, or not purchased from an authorized channel.

7. Shipping Delays and Cancellations

If an order cannot ship within the stated time or applicable legal timeframe, we will provide required delay notices and available cancellation or refund options. If you want to cancel before shipment, email us as soon as possible.
