1. Where to Find Tracking
- After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email.
- When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Tracking links may take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.
- If you subscribed, each renewal order will receive its own order and shipping emails.
2. Need Us to Look It Up?
Email hello@salties.com with the information below, and we will help locate the order.
- Order number, if you have it.
- Email address used at checkout.
- Full shipping name.
- Shipping ZIP code.
- A short description of the issue.
3. Common Tracking Statuses
- Label created: the shipment was created, but the carrier may not have scanned it yet.
- In transit: the package is moving through the carrier network.
- Out for delivery: the package is scheduled for delivery that day.
- Delivered: the carrier marked the package delivered to the address on the shipment.
- Exception or delayed: the carrier encountered a delay, address issue, weather issue, or routing problem.
4. Delivered But Missing
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check porches, mailrooms, lockers, side doors, building offices, and neighbors first. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered shortly before physical delivery.
If it is still missing after 24 hours, email us with your order number and shipping address. We will review the shipment and available replacement or claim options.
5. Wrong Address
Contact us as quickly as possible if the shipping address is wrong. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted, especially after the order is packed or shipped.
